Sunday Outing

Last Sunday, we went Pasir Ris Downtown East to play. We headed straight to Wild Wild Wet. At first, mummy did not want to go play and just sat at the KFC there to take care of our belongings. But after me and daddy played awhile, daddy persuaded her to play as the water was quite shallow. The weather was so hot some-more and it was so cooling to get into the water. Finally mummy got into the pool and we had quite a lot of fun. All of us did not put sunblock lotion. End up when we left the place, we were all sunburn. Daddy looked like a cooked lobster...haha..

After bathed, we went to take the Ferris wheel in the shopping mall. After finished the ride, there was a lucky draw and we got ourselves a one-to-one movie ticket for ! Just nice that I did not get to watch this movie as I chose to watch the other day! How lucky!

Lastly, we went to Explorer Kids to play. As mummy had backache problem, she did not participate in the game which required a lot of climbing. So she sat at the cafe to surf internet.

After much running, climbing and laughing, me and daddy were both so tired. We decided to end the game and headed home.

♥♥Spending holiday with mummy!♥♥

Last week was a school holiday week. On the Tuesday itself mummy brought me to Bugis Junction to watch movie (G-Force). It was so funny that I laughed throughout the show. Worth it! U guys should go and watch it! One of the character who was a guinea pig even had a facebook account! It was so funny! But there was no poster for me to take picture with.





Planet 51!! I want to watch this movie!! hehe...it seems that there are many cartoons coming soon and all I also want to watch! Yeah!

After movie we walked around shopping....I saw this cap which was so cute. It even had adult size too but was too expensive. Mummy said she just bought for me and she was not going to buy for herself although she loved it too. She even bought me a dairy book and decorated the cover page until so pretty...she even brought me to have snacks at the bubble-tea shop. My mummy so nice hor.... I love my mummy! Shopping with her is always so fun!

















That was the best holiday spent during the whole week!

Cheap storybooks!

Last Sunday we went to find great grandfather for lunch. It was raining that day. While waiting for him to come down from his house, I saw a beautiful pussy cat at the void deck. It was so cute! I touched it and it did not run away from me. See the picture! Then we went to Pek Kio market to eat prawn mee. Daddy said he had been eating that prawn mee stall since he was very young. It was nice. I ordered another plate of carrot cake which was also been there for many years. Great grand father also ate the prawn mee and he said it was nice.




After lunch, great grandfather went home and we went to Bras Basah Book complex. Daddy wanted to buy a cutter which looked like a compass and it was for cutting circles. End up when he went home, he realised mummy got that cutter! haha wasted money! -_-"

I went to a 2nd hand bookstore and bought 2 storybooks. It was so cheap that mummy decided to buy me both issues. I'm so thrilled! And daddy bought me an angel model for painting. So pretty!










After that, we went home happily!

More homeworks!!

Getting more and more busy with homeworks...I wonder why. Could it be because I have tuition too? That maybe explains the reason why I'm so busy. Well, even though I have a lot of homework everyday, I will still make time to read storybooks and watch tv. But daddy always nag at me for doing the leisure things. But maybe because I have not finish all my homework so he wants me to finish all my work and i have more time to play. But little did he know that I also need to take a break in between homework mah. Eyes will get tired, hands will get tired, brain juice starts to dry up...So of course will need to take a break and relax lor.

On the other hand, Mummy is not so naggy. She seldoms persuade me to finish my work. She is more relax type. Even though that is an advantage to me, but I think she also get scolding from daddy due to this. So nowadays, she will hurry me to take my bath when i reach home and nag at me when she sees me still trying to take my own sweet time. But I'm not afraid of mummy as I know she has a soft heart. So I tends to be disobedient most of the time and take my own sweet time. Haha... But one day she suddenly threatened that she's going to complain to daddy about me not listening to her. Oh GOD! That is my weak point! I am so afraid of daddy! He is just like a monster when he gets really angry! So now mummy got my weak point and I have to try to listen to her lor...haizzz......

My new handbag!

Oh gosh! It is already nearly one month after the June holidays...how time flies...haizz

Homework, homework and MORE homework! They just simply non stop! Well what to do? I am just a kid, i can't go out to work...mummy say that take this chance to learn more things and get good results. And then get a degree and get a higher pay job. But am i suitable in academic? If i'm really that good, daddy will never get me a tution teacher already! Nonetheless, I still trying to catch up with my academic as well as my music class which mummy place a big hope on me.

Anyway, recently mummy had made me a felt cloth handbag. It was cool! Because it was pink colour! And i can put my handphone and ezlink card when i go out. See...

Is it nice on me? hehe

June Holidays! Yeah! When daddy not around...Double Yeah!!!

Woo hoo! Finally June holidays are here! Thank God!!!!!!

This is the first time that I'm spending my June holidays at home with mummy. You must be thinking how come right? Well, that's because both my parents work and I am in a student care centre. Now my mummy had resigned from her job to take care of me. That is why I can spend my holidays at home! hahaha...

I have some plans for the holidays. I am going to the Splash Park to play water, go meet mummy's colleagues for lunch, go arcade centre to play Love & Berry game, go downstairs to fly kite, go to the nearest new park to play the swing as well as playing roller skates...looks like my June holidays will not be a boring one like last time.

Last Sunday we watched a movie called 'Night in the musuem 2' at Yishun North Point. In fact, our destination was not at Yishun North Point, it should be at Woodlands Causeway Point. Mummy had booked and paid for the tickets online earlier in the morning. When we reached there around 5pm, there was a fire broke out and the cinema was closed for the day. So we had no choice but changed to Northpoint. Luckily mummy could claim her tickets the next time we want to watch at Causeway point without any time limit. The show was very funny and I laughed throughout the show. There were many people watching the show too. If there is part 3, I will surely want to watch!

Daddy went to Genting on Thursday with uncle Xavier and uncle Brennan. Mummy and I did not go as I had to go to school on Friday and Saturday. Mummy had bought a bicycle on Thursday night and she sent me to school using her bicycle.We were having fun on the bicycle. Mummy said she was so tired cycling as she had not cycled for a long time. Today I asked her to send me to music class using her bicycle again. After music class, I wanted to eat chocolate waffle at the Gelare Cafe. Mummy agreed reluctantly because it was quite expensive, but we still went for it anyway. hee hee... take some shots for the waffle session! Let's take a look!

Mario Kart game!!! Best!

One day, mummy and daddy brought me to Suntec City for a walk. We happened to walk into the Arcade centre and thus I told daddy that I would like to play some games. Daddy agreed and went to change some coins. I went to play a car racing game which I had the same game in my NDS, Mario Kart!!! There were many different characters in the game. My leg is too short to step on the accelerator pedal, so daddy had to step for me while I controlled the steering wheel.

It was so exciting and I played 3 times!

Aiyoh! SA coming soon again!! Jialat lah...Daddy has stopped my Sakamoto lesson recently. He said he didn't see any improvement in my results. End up, he got me a tuition teacher. Her name is Cheryl. Teacher Cheryl is a bit strict to me but I find her very nice. Every week she will come twice to coach me. Last night some homework I couldn't do and she almost fainted. She said that it was so basic and yet I didn't know how to do it! T_T

Recently daddy scolds me more often now. Mainly because I tends to forget to do my homework and I still watch television or play my NDS. He was so angry the other day that he confiscated my NDS. SADZ!!!!! Now he even ban me from watching television. Haiz....

My classmate whose name is Hanisah always pick on me. She don't like me at all. I did not offend her anyway. Why she don't like me? That day teacher wanted us to print some pictures of Thailand costumes or cultures to do a project in the classroom. My mummy printed many for me and Hanisah only bring 2 pictures. She was worried that they were not enough so I offered to her a piece. Yet when teacher stepped in, she took all my pictures including hers and showed to teacher that she printed alot!! (-__-)" faintz.....

Then she not happy the piece i had given her and threw it away! I was so angry and hurt! I said to her that she was wasting my mummy's money to buy the ink and printed for me. She did not even say a THANK YOU when I gave her and still so rude to me. And she did not say sorry either!! And you know what, after I said those to her, she gave me an attitude look! Wah piangz eh! SO angry!!!

My new Ice cream handphone!

Oh Yes! Daddy bought me a new handphone! It's LG brand and model is ice-cream! So cool! Mine is a pink colour handphone. Previously I was using daddy's old handphone which was Sony Ericsson K750i. It was an very old model and I don't really like it. Somemore, it was black in colour! Yucks....

My new Ice cream handphone is a sweet pink colour! Oh how I love it so much! I brought it to school and daddy allowed me to do that. But he said I have to put it in silent mode so that teacher will not notice. It is good to have a handphone with me as I may need to sms daddy and mummy at times. See? My handphone is so pretty!

Cool right?! My friends envy me so much! haha...

I am a prefect!

Today I was apppointed to be a prefect. I went on the stage in our school to receive the prefect tie from our head teacher. I was very nervous when i went on stage because there were many students below the stage watching us. Next Monday then I will get to know what duty am I getting.

Great grandma passed away peacefully...

Remember I said before a few posts ago that my great grandmother was sick and hospitalised? The doctors could not save her and she went back to her house for one month and passed away on the 13th of chinese new year. So sad. She was not able to open her eyes all the while when she fell sick. But on the day of her death, she could open her eyes widely. The maid told us that she had a feeling that the old lady couldn't make it that day. So she stayed by her side the whole day and cleaned her body. Then at night great grandma panted 3 times and she was gone.

The adults decided on a Christian funernal for her as grand aunt is christian. The wake was held in a church in Hougang area. On the 5th day of the wake, she was cremated at Mandai. Very sad. I cried when i saw her coffin was being sent away. Daddy also cried. This is the first time i saw daddy cried. :(

I know great grandma is with GOD now. GOD bless her.

Yesterday daddy brought me and mummy to his company Chinese New Year dinner at Orchard Hotel. This is the first time I saw Lo Hei not using fish but lobster! wow it looks delicious but pity I do not eat that at all. After Lo hei, daddy turned to tell mummy that he just joined in the lo hei and he don't eat, then after he said finished, I turned to mummy and said the same thing. So mummy laughed and said how come both of you say exactly the same thing? haha. Then that uncle Frankie who is daddy's manager gave me an ang bow and called me Felicia! Aiyoh! My name is Rachel not Felicia! Just because I followed daddy to his office one Saturday and sat on Felicia jie jie's seat and he called me Felicia from there on! (-_-)"

This is Shark fin soup. Very special though, not the usual type that is sticky with all the starch.

And this is abalone with oyster and veggies. I don't eat it at all. :p

There were many other dishes but I did not take the pictures. There were roasted suckling pig, crab meat with bee hoon, steamed fishes, venison meat with japanese mushrooms and dessert was fried "nian gao" with fried water chestnut cake with double boiled hashima. Daddy said all these were expensive food and not everytime got chance to eat. But pity I don't know how to appreciate them! haha.

There was a little girl who was very cute. She is just 2 years old only. Her mother is a malay while her father is chinese. Her eyes are so big! Mummy said she look just like me when I was 2 years old.

Hmm, i was thinking of keeping my fringe so that I can tie them up together with my hair. It was messy though when I had to clip it on with 2 big black hair clips. Then I wanted to change my hair parting, daddy said don't change since now my parting looks alright. But I still prefer it the other side leh...What do you think?

Recently I did an eye test in my school and was referred to go Optical Shop to test my eye sight. Sad to say but I have to wear spectacles!!! Oh no...my parents gonna scold me again! That's because I didn't listen to them to protect my eyes. :(

I chose a pair of white spectacles since my school only allows white black and blue colour. Well, daddy said I still look pretty with the spectacles but of course, I still have to continue protecting my eyes from now on to prevent them worsen! Haiz....

Ellis Jie-jie wedding

Last Sunday of Decemeber 2008 marked a special event. It was Ellis jie-jie's wedding! She was very pretty that night. In fact, mummy said every girl will be pretty when she becomes the bride. That night, I saw Yuan Song gor-gor, Azimah jie-jie, aunty Audrey, Uncle Charles, aunty May and many more.
